Country Retreat is a resident owned cooperative and is operated by the Country Retreat Mobile Homeowners' Assn., Inc., of Retired Citizens and Young Families. Ours is a quiet community, away from the interstate, located on Upper Manatee River Road in Bradenton, Florida. We are conveniently located 45 miles from the Tampa International Airport and 25 miles from the Sarasota Airport.

The Bradenton - Sarasota area offers a wide range of dining and shopping options without the congestion of larger communities.  Our low cost maintenance, close proximity to Christian Retreat Family Church and quality area schools are further reasons to live at Country Retreat.
